Enrolment
The enrolment will take place online [b]only[/b], by filling in the relevant form in all of its sections and by effecting the payment, either by wire transfer or money orders.
The enrolment will close without any possible extension [b]Friday 8 February 2013, at 12.00 pm[/b] or at the enrolment of the 300th paying contestant. At the moment of the online enrolment, the athlete’s club or the Regional Committee must send the duly filled in [a href="/documenti/mod-61.pdf"]Form 61[/a] strictly no later than Friday, 08 February, at 12.00 pm either by fax (0427 878454) or e-mail (iscrizioni@sciclubvalcellina.it). . [a href="/documenti/mod-61.pdf"]Form 61[/a] must include the following data: - Athlete’s code; - Athlete’s name and surname; - Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy); - Athlete’s club code and name; - Selected race; - Data of the team leader representing the club at the event - Athlete’s club stamp The form must be signed by the President or Legal Representative of the Club or those acting on their behalf, who shall certify, for every enrolled athlete, the regular membership, the medical record assessing the suitability and the commitment to pay the enrolment fee. The Form 61 not bearing the stamp and the original signature of the President/Legal Representative will not be accepted or considered for enrolment. The enrolment of [b]foreign athletes[/b] will be accepted as long as they can prove the membership of the team’s athletes to the relevant National Federation (as an alternative, the ISMF international membership for the 2012/13 season will also be accepted) as well as the medical certificate proving the suitability for competitive sport, according to the same deadlines provided for the Italian athletes.
Payment
The payment of the enrolment fee must be made by 08/02/2013 in the following modalities: [b]1. WIRE TRANSFER to Banca FriulAdria – Claut branch[/b] IBAN IT 63 J 05336 64830 000035261971 – SWIFT (only for foreign transfers): BPPNIT2P658 Reason for payment “Transclautana 2013 enrolment fee" + athlete's name; Account under the name of SCI CLUB VALCELLINA [b]2. MONEY ORDER made out to SCI CLUB VALCELLINA[/b] (Via A. Giordani, 1 - 33080 Claut - PN - C.F. 90000760935); the reason for payment must state "Transclautana 2013 enrolment fee" athlete's name; [b]The payment in CASH will be accepted the day of the race at the race desk with an additional amount of € 10,00 [/b](ten) only for the athletes enrolled by the end of 08/02/2013 and that have duly sent FORM 61 by 08/02/2013. The enrolment entitles to a gadget and a lunch voucher to be delivered at the race desk at the return of the electronic chip; in case the chip should not be returned, a penalty of € 45,00 will be applied at the moment of delivering the gadget and the lunch voucher. [b]Enrolment fee[/b] [b]€ 40,00[/b] for master/senior [b]€ 20,00[/b] for junior/cadets The enrolment fee includes, for every athlete: Enrolment to the race, race package including info material, technical gadget having commercial value of € 70,00, shower service, shuttle service to and from the race desk/start/arrival zone, Saturday buffet in the meeting room (post briefing), Sunday lunch in a restaurant, bag storage and custody.
