Skies will generally be mostly clear to partly cloudy. During the afternoon, cloud cover will increase over the mountains, where scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely, especially in Carnia. The plains and coastal areas may also be affected by showers and thunderstorms, although these are more likely to occur only late in the evening. During the middle of the day, a moderate southerly wind will blow; otherwise, local breezes will prevail.

In the mountainous areas, skies will be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms, more likely and widespread during the night and then again from the afternoon onward. Across the plains and coastal areas, cloud cover will be variable; from the afternoon, scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible, locally strong. Along the coast, a moderate Scirocco wind may blow from late afternoon into the evening.

During the night, lingering rain showers, including thunderstorms, will be possible, especially along the coast; strong northerly winds will blow at higher elevations. During the day, skies will generally be partly cloudy with moderate Bora winds along the coast and over the eastern plains, especially in the morning when they may be strong in Trieste. Temperatures will decrease slightly.
